Is your hair human hair, and where does it come from?

Several of our wig listings specify 100% human hair. Check your chosen product’s description for its hair type. “Brazilian” appears in product names, but the descriptions reviewed don’t verify donor location or the full processing history.

What’s the difference between virgin and Remy hair?

Virgin describes processing history; Remy describes cuticle alignment. They aren’t interchangeable. Several HAIR ZONE products are labeled “Virgin Hair,” but the descriptions reviewed don’t independently confirm Remy status or single-donor sourcing. Please ask about your chosen style if either is essential to your purchase.

Which lace size should I choose?

Check the specific listing for its lace dimensions and construction. Lace coverage and cap circumference are different measurements. Some front-lace wigs list transparent lace and a medium cap with a 22.5-inch circumference; that does not establish the lace panel’s dimensions.

What does wig density mean?

Density describes how full a wig looks. Our reviewed listings include 130%, 150%, and, on selected styles, 180%. Higher percentages generally indicate a fuller look. Choose from the options available for your specific wig.

How much hair is included in a bundle deal?

The reviewed Brazilian bundle deals list three bundles, each described as 100 grams, for 300 grams total. Length combinations vary by style, so check the selected deal before ordering.

Can I color the hair?

Several listings state that the hair can be colored, and selected natural-1B wigs specify lifting to #27. This isn’t a promise for every product. Check your item’s description and consult a professional stylist before chemical treatment.

Do the wigs come with bleached knots?

The descriptions reviewed don’t confirm pre-bleached knots. Please ask us about your chosen wig before ordering if this feature matters to you. Don’t assume that a “Virgin Hair” label means the knots are bleached or suitable for further bleaching.

How should I care for my wig or bundles?

As general care guidance, detangle gently from the ends upward, avoid rough brushing, and minimize heat and chemical processing. Ask for care advice specific to your texture and construction before washing, coloring, or styling.

Will the hair shed or tangle?

Care, texture, styling, and wear can affect shedding and tangling. We don’t promise zero shedding or tangling. Several bundle descriptions specify machine double-stitched wefts, but don’t state a shedding guarantee. Contact us if you have concerns about your item.
