Shipping policy

We only ship to a USA and Canada 

We currently allow shipping options for Canada. Otherwise, we do not offer international shipping. 

Our focus is to deliver orders within our region as fast as possible. Doing so will also help reduce the risk of fraud.

In the past, we have experienced problems shipping outside the USA. It often resulted in fraud, customs issues, and longer delivery times.

In the future, we may open up the option again, if protocols for international shipments improve. In the meantime though, we only ship within the USA and Canada.

** Please note: Any item mailed to Canada may be subject to the Goods and Services Tax (GST) and/or duty. Regulations are enforced by Canada, and these fees are outside of our shipping costs. 

Orders ship the same day or generally within 1 business day. A business day is defined as Monday - Friday.

Shipping options are available by USPS,UPS,FedEx and DHL shipping to commercial properties is less expensive than residential. 

Please note that we are not responsible for any duties or taxes that may be charged by customs for international import orders.
