Hairzone Store Refund Policy


Effective Date: January 01, 2026


At Hairzone Store, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Eligibility for Refunds


Refunds are available under the following conditions:


The item was purchased directly from Hairzone Store (online).


The item is returned within 14 days of the purchase date.


The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.


Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided.


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

No Exchanges


The following items are not eligible for refunds:


Used or opened hair products (shampoos, conditioners, treatments, etc.)


Hair extensions or wigs that have been worn or altered


Clearance or final sale items


Gift cards


Refund Process


Contact our customer service team at hairzonellc@yahoo.com to initiate a return.


Ship the item free return back to us.


Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Late or Missing Refunds


If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:


Check your bank account again.


Contact your credit card company or bank.


If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at hairzonellc@yahoo.com.


No Exchanges


We only refund items if they are defective or damaged.
