All guests are issued wristbands for access and identification purposes. Please be advised that Hairzone Salon Studios is not responsible for any misplaced, lost, or stolen wristbands. It is each guest’s responsibility to keep their wristband secure and visible at all times during their visit.

We kindly ask that you treat your wristband as you would any personal item of value.

If a wristband is lost or needs to be replaced, there will be a replacement fee of $10. This policy helps us maintain a smooth and secure experience for all guests.
