Before we begin, we’d like to take a moment to share an important reminder regarding our wristband policy.

All guests are issued wristbands for access and identification purposes. Please be advised that Hairzone Salon Studios is not responsible for any misplaced, lost, or stolen wristbands. It is each guest’s responsibility to keep their wristband secure and visible at all times during their visit.

We kindly ask that you treat your wristband as you would any personal item of value.

If a wristband is lost or needs to be replaced, there will be a replacement fee of $10. This policy helps us maintain a smooth and secure experience for all guests.

How Wristband Shipping Works for Hairzone store. Customers will be shipped one Hairzone entry wristband, and the specific color or style you receive will depend on what’s currently in stock at the Hairzone store.  Customers are allowed to purchase as many wristbands as they want from the Hairzone store. Because all Hairzone Salon Studios wristbands serve the same purpose, it doesn’t matter which ones you receive. Every wristband—no matter the color, style, or design—grants you the same free entry into Hairzone Salon Studios. Your wristband = your access pass.  As long as you have it, you’re in.
